Call from a guy claiming to be Phillip Thomas, wanted to talk to me about an alleged fraud. Left a voicemail, supposedly going to serve a summons on me at home and work today, unless I call him back directly at this number. Also called a few days ago, with the same message. I get a lot of these calls, since being a victim of identity theft a few years back, and this one was more convincing than average; but still didn't include details like the name of his company, any info about the alleged fraud, etc. I didn't answer, and didn't call back. The summons is supposed to come today--I'm not holding my breath.
