Got a call these people are a joke. And they told my wife I had a pay day loan out. Total b.s. i let them know I had a lawyer and was prepared to ride it out. They couldn't tell me the name of the company so I said call me when u get a name and a case number
I got a call from 720-501-5739. He said this is Winston Marshall and I have a pending case. If I don't have a lawyer I then have waved my rights. He said this was pre trial intervention. I looked up this place and u have to apply to get in here. You have to be accepted into this program. This is a program they are using from another business. Man can people just get a [***] job and quit [***] over everyone. This was a message left on my phone
Read my post your OK. Wherever u get a number u don't know press dismiss on your phone or I answer it turn my phone upside down.till they hang up. That way they can't leave a threatened message
Now they're going by "Winston Marshall or Mitchell Investigations" ??????? lol. First they were calling themselves James Kaiser Investigations. They called and told me the "I need to do this or else talk". I'm still here, no cops showed up at my door and quite frankly, anyone of us who are truly guilty of fed charges would have been arrested a long time ago. Never heard of an "investigative law office" contact you first before the authorities...especially for bank fraud charges.
Not only is this scam but its one that insults our intelligence. If anyone gets these calls just ignore them or if you must speak to them, just laugh your way through their fake threats.
