been calling me a couple times a day for weeks now I'm off to day so I answered and she gave me the whole crap about a lawsuit with no info from Denver she was getting mad cause I was asking questions like I live in ga why are yall calling from co?
A man named scott wilson (a process server), was calling to serve papers between 9am and 2pm tomorrow. Wouldnt tell me what for and couldnt pronounce my name correctly when he called. Wouldnt give any information what it was regarding. He called from 720-502-0115 phone number.
They called me was calling to ask where I was , in order to serve me with legal , civil papers .

They called me and said they were process servers and gave me a case number and told me to call 18555505719...when i called there they said they were from mitigation and that i had a civil suit pending for a 500.00 loan i got from a payday loan place..couldnt give me a name but if i paid 1589.29 i wouldnt have to go to court...I tokd them they were a scam because i never defaulted on any loan
