They called me was calling to ask where I was , in order to serve me with legal , civil papers .
When I asked how come you are calling from Colorado ,he hung up on me
Recieved a call and was told to contact the 855 number I did and was told I was being sued for a payday loan,I know it had to be a scam because I never ever took out a payday loan.I give the lady a few choice words and she said watch my mouth,what nerve.They even had my old checking account info,drivers lic. number and ss#.
Got another call tonight from 720-502-0115..same number, same BS about me owing a payday loan for 500.00 and how they've been trying to reach me for months. They wanted to send out some "civil papers" and wanted my current address. I told them that if they were so damn smart, figure my address out for themselves and IF they did send papers, I'd definitely have my attorney look them over and I hung up. These people are relentless. They refererred to names of people from "People Search" who MAY be related to me LOL! Funny, but they're wasting their time with me.
I'm received the same call twice. The 1st time I missed the call but no message left. Finally they called again stating they need to serve me papers and would I be available to receive the papers. I started asking questions so he referred me to an 855 number, this woman started talking about a payday loan and a civil law suit. Giving me 3 options, that I was not going to take if she could not provide me with information. Of course she did not, like I told her if this was legit than there should not be a problem to release the information to me, so send the papers.
