continuous harrassment.  threatened lawsuit.  According to an article, the FTC has sued this collection company for illegal practice and harrassment.

received call stating I was being sued, to call this number immediately

I got a call saying some company is going to take me to court over a bill.  could not give me info on it. I keep on asking for bill and she keep on getting mad and talking over me. I told her to take me to court. its going to cost them a lot of money to get a lawyer here in Michigan.
