Super rude - got a call from "John" with ARC and told me i was left as a reference for one of my friends. When i asked what i was left as a reference for he got really rude and curt said that wasn't my business. Then he hung up on me before I could asked to have my number removed from their system. Maybe a debt collect or a scam - don't know any call reps that would be that rude.

The same exact thing happened to me. He called for somebody else but said I was used as a reference. When I asked him if I could take a message, he got upset. I told him I wanted to know why he was calling my phone for someone else and he started yelling. He said that it was none of my business and he didnt have to give me the info that I was requesting. Then he hung up on me. Super rude!
Callers name is John, was rude and threatening. Would not listen when told the person he was calling about has never worked at this school. Did not phase his demeanor when I told him he was calling a school.
The company is rude and refuses to tell you why they are calling without you giving them personal information such as your SS # and address. I am in the credit repair business..... Simply mail them a CEASE & DESIST Letter telling them to stop calling....There fax number is 866 630 6881.... The calls will stop
