There is a guy by the name of Matt from this debt collection agency who leaves messages with a very wrong tone on my answering machine.If he know my number then he should also know my address therefor, If I owe any debt out there,he can send the paper work to me as opposed to calling and threatening..
They called me today looking for an Albert. I said "sorry you have the wrong number." Then she asked me "do you know an Albert?"...I said clearly you have the wrong number and hung up. Hopefully they won't call.
Just started receiving calls from this guy named 'Jeremy Car' from this number harassing me & my mother about a debt that I no longer have...very threatening. He did not give me his company name & had very little info on me. I wasn't very nice to him & he is still calling... I am going to report this!!
I just got a phone call for my husband. when I had him give me the address and dob both were wrong. I refuse to verify my address over the phone. It is possible they are phishing for information.
Got a call from this shylock today Oct 15, 2014. I auto-rejected the call and found this site in my search. Noted the same number you guys were complaining about and amused myself with the comments. To get technical 15 US Code Chapter 41, Subchapter V - DEBT COLLECTION applies. If anyone even cared to follow this up, Section [1692g - Validation of debts] of this law is relevant. Let 'em prove it!
