Text message from this number asking to send certified check to pay for an item I'm selling. They said they are in CA, but will send a "mover" to my house, if only I would give my address.
This is a criminal attempt at fraud. Robocall with a fake message that IRS is suing me. Leaves a number to call back. I didn't call back. Left a message three times today despite placing this number on my Android reject list after the first call. Organized crime phone scam.
