Who called from 7206083740

Our office has got at least 5 calls from this caller this week.  It's annoying.

Called twice in 5 min. to a unlisted cell number on the National Do Not Call List. I am thinking this list just gives the spammer numbers to use.

They have been repeatedly calling both of my home telephone numbers (yes, we have two). I stayed on the line twice to ask them to take us off the list and both times they hung up on me. I hate these people!

This number calls me CONSTANTLY!  I am registered on the national do not call list, which appears to be worthless.  There is never an operator or salesperson to speak with, just recorded messages.  I wish I could find a way to put a stop to this.  Any suggestions?
