This number keeps calling my work phone with no one ever leaves a message

I just got a call from this # and the borrower said she is calling long distance and can I hear her OK. I read about a scam asking that question to get you to say Yes. I have been receiving about 6 calls per day.  YouMail is blocking it.  The caller ID is V5291243440022493702, which is strange.

Caller calls 10 to 12 times per day. How can we stop this?
