Unrecognized area code called my place of business, I did not answer, no message was left.  Legitimate callers to my type of business leave messages.

Foreign accent  - says they are calling about the Medicare services they provide for me.  Very hard to understand so I just kept acting like I couldn't understand and finally told them they provided nothing for me & they hung up.
