Called 10 times and harassed me when I picked up saying "you need to learn to pick up phones"

Research company, called, no message. "Independent Research"

Called yesterday at 1030pm, today at 910pm. Aren't there rules about the times survey organizations can call?

A survey company that out source's some guy from God knows where asked for me how ever he could not say my simple name. I made him try to say my name after the 4th try he hung up.

Woman left message on our answering machine, apparently after not having heard the outgoing message.  Said she was calling from SSI (not sure about that, it's what it sounded like she said), claimed she wasn't selling anything, and asked for my wife.  Paused.   Said hello a few times, and hung up.
