It's now either a woman pretending her headset isn't working or a guy asking if you can hear him.  Either way... it's a recording and a scam.

Got a call from this number this morning, I was asleep, but have been expecting a call from electrician. I answered, and heard the 'Hi, oh sorry, having trouble w/ my headset' ..knew immediately what it was, having read 1 800 notes commentary before, regarding this #. Immediately hung up. Thanks, 1 800 notes !!
