11AM, 11/20, I received a call from Mitch. He was a litigator trying to get my correct address to deliver a packet that was previously not deliverable. It was two "payday" loans, probably tripled the original amount, from Business Management; which was not the actual "on-line" lender. He tripped himself up by giving me an approximate year, my Credit Union name and e-mail address; none of which matched with the year. He was good, telling me it would behoove me to settle out out of court with him and not have the expense of court costs and fees, etc. When the call first came in, I was to hit one to reschedule the delivery and when I did, I was disconnected. When I called back, I got Mitch by giving him phone number with area code. When I pushed the questions: years of loans, my e-mail address & Credit Union Name then told him he had the wrong person, they did not match, he hung up on me and did not call back.
