With this number calling too frequently (I call it "obnoxious"), and the number is either a recording from "March of Dimes" or "service disconnected", I can only assume that this number is ficticious.  Typically I call the number and ask to be put ON the NOT NOT CALL LIST.  Not for this case.  What does one do to stop these calls?  Maybe a call to the local phone company for hopeful help?  I do block these calls in the meantime.
