I have been receiving calls from multiple numbers for the past year and 1/2 in regards to purchasing an extended warranty for a vehicle i no longer own and did buy an extended warranty for at the time of purchase. So, there was no need to be calling. At first i was polite and stated i wasnt interested and the calls kept coming so taking a different approach i started to ask my own questions all the standard i guess you could say. Their name, name of buisiness so fourth. Which i quickly caught on to the spin different name of company everytime. This last name which i have listed this under was the only name provided to me which left an active phone number to where you could actually call and get a live person. All others would just go dead. When i called this number back from a missed call i got a female on the phone and after my questioning i was quickly told by her that she felt threatened in some way,my response to her was if that was so i would be willing to stay on the line until she contacted the appropriatte authorities. She disconnected with me and the call was transfered to a supervisor who stated i should just file a complaint with the bbb he in turn was the provider of the said motor vehicle services name and would give no more information other than they were located in southern Ca keep in mind i called a Pa number. This supervisor stated if i wanted any more info i would have to be filling out an employment application (wtf) so i told him well then i would like to do that and was told that the bbb would be my best route i asked about contacting authorities and was disconnected. Filing with the bbb was about as much help as the supervisor i had on the phone they really dont do anything for you. They did submit my info but what came back is that motor vehicle services went out of business some time ago prob bankrupt and changed name bbb made no effort to contact an extract or investigate the active number i provided. Fed up...........
