Caller ID showed VOIP Caller on it; had no idea who or why so didn't answer it.
This is the second VOIP Caller call I've received in two days; the other one was 281-866-1956, Houston TX area.  I didn't answer it either.

I'm sure both are/were scams of some kind.  The first one (04-11-17) was the old credit card scam; I'm confident this second one ((04-13-17) is the same, just a different number.

I plan to report them to the FTC.
