This company is Progressive Business Solutions. They go by another name as well that I cannot recall at this time. They give the line of "we're not selling anything" then they send a two page newsletter followed by a bogus invoice for the newsletter that was never ordered. I have asked numerous times for them to stop calling and am always told I will be removed from their call list but then they always call back. I have reported them several times to the state Attorney General as well, and have even told the telemarkets that I'm reporting them but they obviously don't care.
Caller asked for someone in charge. I asked what it was regarding so that I could better route the call to the appropriate person. He said "It's about Administrative Issues". He identified himself at "Devon" from "APU". I told him the person he needed to speak to was out of the office and he said he would call back. After reading these comments, I will be more prepared when he does.
