I next asked her what company she is calling from. She said I ask too many questions and would call back later. Sorry lady, you will get the same questions again. Job requirement. Man calls. Says it is regarding a rate reduction on our phone bill. After much mumbling and indirect answers he works for TelPlex. He was also told not to call here again. We deal DIRECT with our utilities......ESPECIALLY if you are trying to HIDE who you really are.
