Received a call from Renee Miescke. Said she sold my timeshare and all I have to do is get a Money order for $387.00 to start the closing proceedings. That is money going toward the lawyers closing fee's. I needed to get a Green Dot money pack and give her a call with the registration # so she can send the entire timeshare amount to me.
Very raspyt voice. I asked who pays the commission, she said the buyers do.
