She say if I continu to listen I am Miss Cinthia Bar rat..And then she say call me Miss Mary Jones at this number so I can colect your det. She say call me at NCC Business Sevicces at 888-880-8020.

Moron calls, machine answers, a bunch of static from a cheap recorder that you can't understand for about 5 seconds. then a hang up. Googled the number and its a VOIP. So its probably just another debt collector wanting me to pick up so they can ask me for somebody I don't even know. Have gotten 7 calls of that type past 2 days from Nationwide Collectors and Capitol One. I don't know them or owe them. Scammers.
