NEVER say "YES" to any unknown caller, i.e "Can you hear me?" Yes! - Your response may have been recorded. Now if they have the ability, they can put charges on your phone and they can "PROVE" you accepted the charges by saying "Yes". (What did you agree to by saying yes???)
