We have had 3 calls from this number today. They have been phoning for months usually 3-5 times a day, sometimes there is someone there but usually not. We get the "Who is your utilities and gas carrier" when someone does answer so I don't think that this is the Direct Energy that sells energy devices but I am glad it worked for one person to have their number removed.
Constant. At least twice a day. When you call back the number, there is a message in french then in english telling you that the call cannot be put through
Hi. This number is phoning my number many times during the day. I answer. Call disconnects with no communication whatsoever. No one speaks. I tried calling it back, and got: Busy signal.

Apparently there is more info available but I do not feel like having to pay $50 a month to know who these
annoying calls come from.
If someone else gets fed up enough and does pay for a month or more, please follow up and add to the info here--I am bookmarking to check back so that I can put an end to this somehow.
