We have had 3 calls from this number today. They have been phoning for months usually 3-5 times a day, sometimes there is someone there but usually not. We get the "Who is your utilities and gas carrier" when someone does answer so I don't think that this is the Direct Energy that sells energy devices but I am glad it worked for one person to have their number removed.
this number has called me repeatedly for at least two weeks now. this last call said 'I need to speak to whoever is responsible for the gas and utilities' I replied that it was me and they hung up. I was ready for some scam to start, now i have no idea what it is about. Obviously telemarketers of some sort.
This number keeps calling. I kept ignoring it, I figured it had to be a telemarketer of some sort after how many times they called. Did however answer the last time they called. It was a telemarketer (big surprise). It was a third party company calling on behalf of DIRECT ENERGY. Before the person could get to far into his speech, I told him I switched to a competitor. He quickly ended the call and hung up!
