My experience was the same as other posters here. He called twice within 2 hours and left the same scripted threatening message. The guy calling me was speaking broken English. I hope this guy is arrested.
Same experience as the posters above have had. He left a message and I called back. He wanted me to get cash buy voucher otherwise the Treasury legal office will issue arrest warrant and I will be in jail... Heavy accent.
I have received two messages (10/27) from this same man. He has a heavy (Hispanic?) accent, he is difficult to understand, especially when he says his "name" and "who to call". I could make out "US Treasury". This was clearly scammy when them person could not even speak clear English.
Someone also called me from same Clearwater FL #. Heavy accent. And threaded to sent officers to my house. Today I received another call from 917-503-2902 New York location. Threatening the same thing. Saying we would have to appear in front of grand jury because we owe taxes. Did anyone get a call from this New York location?
