I received a call from 727-772-9968 on February 8, 2017 at 4:58 pm. The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on. My caller ID said, "Out of area," usually a sure sign of a telemarketer. Don't legitimate businesses use their real name for their ID? And if it is important enough to call isn't it important enough to leave a message? I would think so. I have been on the federal Do Not Call list for over ten years.
