Informed him of his violation of the DNC list and that I'd be immediately reporting him to the FTC, which I did at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

You can usually tell who the telemarketers are from the caller ID these days. Even so, I always check this site. With a caller ID of "GCO", and a number outside of our business area, I won't waste time answering. I don't even want to confirm to them that I am a business, etc. 90% of my customers call my cellphone anyway, which is listed in my name, not business. Our business lines are almost worthless these days due to telemarketers.
