I just got a call from this number. No idea who, now idea about what. All they said was I need to call them back, its urgent, not to disregard the message, and if I did, the guy said "Now joseph, if you don't return the call, and I don't hear from your attorney either the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you." I have no idea what he could be talking about, and the call started off as a normal, I'm calling you, i have no idea who you are, and i'm trying to interest you in an offer call, then all of a sudden the guy gets threatening. The caller said his name is James Anderson, which I doubt. If anyone has any input, I would love to know.
That's the typical script of an off-shore extortionist fake loan collector criminal. I would not call him back. But if you do speak to him again, demand he mail you (not fax or email) validation of whatever nonexistent debt he is trying to claim you owe. Do not give him any of your personal information.

I GOT A CALL LIKE THIS TODAY, SAYING I HAVE THREE COUNTS AGAINST ME. ASKING ME DO I HAVE A LAWYER AND THAT I WOULD BE GETTING A SUBPOENA IN THE MAIL TOMORROW!!!! THEY CALLED THREE TIMES AND THREE TIMES I HAD SPOKEN TO HIM. OoooooKayyyyy!!!!
