I got the same call as Chick2know today saying the same thing. They also said I have two choices. 1. Get a criminal lawyer or 2.pay the $8000 dollars That's when I hung up and call my son a Police officer.
I just got a call at work. The guy's name was John Young. Said I had a lawsuit against me. Asked for my attorney's information. Gladly gave it to him. My attorney knows a fake when he sees or hears it.
definitely an Indian caller or collector...he did not say what he was collecting...threatening..Joseph Anderson and al lot more names...tel no. 731-326-1733...I am getting a lawyer if he persists..this happened to me last year...and they were as nervous as they can be when my lawyer interrogated them over the phone...now they are back
I got a call from a guy that has an Indian accent. I think this is the same group of scam artist that called and told me I qualified for a huge amount of money and all I have to do is get a greedot money pack. I turned them down and the guy was pist he called and threatened that I would be blacklisted if I did not took the loan offer. About of week later here is a call from this number, same accent asking if I have a lawyer. He claims that there was a lawsuit against my name and social. I asked where, and what are the charges and he said he will be happy to refer me to the company but all he want to know about my lawyer. I hing up
