Someone somewhere has somehow got a hold of my number and boy oh boy has my phone been ringing nonstop for a week! Portfolio Recovery apparently thinks me a fool to fall for their unscrupulous ways. Idiots. They've called from 4 different numbers in the last week, never leaving a message and I never call the number back. Always check online for any feedback that you can find for an unknown number. PR is a terrible company that has a very bad reputation for using illegal methods to try and collect on Zombie Debt. The LAW allows you relief from such collections once it is time-barred and paying them anything at all is just foolish.
Debt collector calls literally everyday and does not leave a message. When I finally answered, they wanted me to pay a bill that was already paid months back...
