Just received the same call on my cell about lowering my CC interest rate with President Obama's new incentive. All she would say is that she was calling from account Services Qualification Dept. and needed my CC number & expiration to conform eligibility before sending me to someone else. I stated "I'll pass" and hung up at this point.
