Who called from 7315993010

just got a call from them, saying "congratulations you are now qualified to lower your credit card balance"

I just received a call from this number on 27June, 2011 at 12:37.  I tried calling the number and it says that it is not in service.

This number called my cell phone with an automated message, lower your credit card.

Just got called by (731) 599-3010 at my cell phone. Automatic message about credit card rollover. I'm in Alabama.

The message cut off when I hit 1 to talk to a call service rep.  I did not give any information out.  Do you think I am at risk for credit card fraud?
