no message when I answered, these are surely the stupidest
telemarketers around. One might think they would at least try to
sell something, they didn't even ask if I wanted to lower my
credit card interest rate! Maybe they are selling call tracing services, LoL.

Called me on my cell phone (which is on the Do Not Call list) at 09:10 on 6-27-11.

Got automated message to lower my credit card interest rate. Was not from my Credit Card company. This was my final notice... thank god.

They called me today, June 27, 2011 at 10:20 AM, phone was on silent, so didn't hear it. They did not leave a message. I called back twice, at 11:21 AM today, June 27, 2011. I am going to report the call to the FCC.
