i asked the lady on the other end i thought it was strange they had the ability to lower "all" my credit card rates, yet did not even know wat card's i had? her response was "oh get off my phone!" and she hung up lol
Been receiving calls from this number for over a year tried to opt out can't. Tried to talk to one of the operators, his name was Rick and then he said sounds like you got a problem and then he hung up on me .
