i asked the lady on the other end i thought it was strange they had the ability to lower "all" my credit card rates, yet did not even know wat card's i had? her response was "oh get off my phone!" and she hung up lol

Thought the Feds and State of Florida Attorney General recently put a stop to calls to lower your interest rate. Doesn't look like their job is done yet.
