Called my land line and asked to speak to Mr. or Mrs. (X), using my actual last name, so it was not a robo-call but definitely a telemarketer who has lists of both names and associated phone numbers. Since I hung up immediately, I can't provide much additional info, but I have seen similar numbers on this site (732-201-9092) that were "lower your electric bill" scams. Once the public gets wise to one number, they continue calling by changing the last 3 digits of their phone number.
