Who called from 7323929163

This number came up on my cell as "United States" rather than one specific location. I didn't pick up, and they left no message. I blocked this number.

They only called me once it showed as Jersey

Get calls all the time. I downloaded trucaller.  It's free and u can block the call and also some calls have already been reported to them so it tells u who they are

Do not call doesn't work anymore

I am on the do not call registry as well. I think blocking is the way to do it because when the call is answered, it's just silent.
