I get a call from this number a minute ago, they get to the answering machine, then hang up. Whatever they want it's not important enough to leave a message. :-)
Who ever it is, the caller ID reads: "MICROSOFT NJ" which I don't believe for a millisecond. There are numerous articles on the Microsoft website that clearly state that they do not call customers, ever, for any reason. They simply do not call. Anyone calling you claiming to be from MS is lying to you. Do not even answer the phone.
