As others have stated, this is a automotive warranty service. They left no message. When I returned the call and the lady answered, asking how she could help me, I told her I was calling to get the name of the company to put it on the Internet: Liberty Automotive Protection.
I called them back after reading the posts and they were nice and polite. I just asked them to remove me from their calling list as this was a cell phone number. Will have to see of it works.
They called for asking to buy extended warranty on my Audi 2012 for 795 for 3 years to cover almost everything for just 99 dollars deductible. Looks very professional scam, within 2 minutes of my patience 3 different people talked to me, I hung up on them.
Received a call from this number indicating that they required the mileage on my car to ensure that I could receive “your extended warranty”. I informed the incredulously rude individual that my number was on the do not call list and asked how he received my telephone number. He then proceeded to inform me that he’s calling from Dillard’s one of the three largest warranty companies in the US and that they’re privy to this information. He went on to state that they had sent me several notices via mail about my extended warranty and that before they closed the ticket they would require information on the car. “So, how many miles do you have on your vehicle.”
I responded that this was none of his business and that he needed to remove my number from his call list. He proceeded to raise his voice and talk over me as I was asking him to remove my number from his call list saying, “Good luck with your repairs! Good luck with your repairs!” Before he hung up. I have blocked the number of this crook and would advise anyone getting calls from these people do the same.
I called them back when they didn't leave me a message...a female have me her name and said I had reached NCWC. Which I can't figure out which of three NCWC it is...
