Obviously a spoofed number - see 609-777-3300 for more details. Since this is the first report on this number, I guess they were called out on that phone number enough times by us that they switched to a different NJ area code. Caller ID on this one said "DISTRIBUTION MA", on the 609 number it was "NJ State of". They are just so clever, figuring we Americans are too stupid to know they are both from the same foreign accented spammer scammer callers. Duh.
