I just spoke with the FBI and they say that attempted identity theft falls under the Federal Trade Commissions jurisdiction.

Receive several calls a day from this phone number on my cell phone.  When I answer the line is dead.  When I call back there is a recorded message.  This is becoming extremely annoying, to receive telemarketing calls on my cell phone.

annoying. persistent. doesn't stop.

I am getting 2-3 calls a day from this number.  I don't pick up the calls but I want them to stop.  Help!
