Who called from 7342051560

I called back from a different phone and it either rings one ring and then gives a busy signal or just goes right into a busy signal.

Called the number back.. just some telemarketer trying to see if you want to further your education.

Keep leaving me voice mails

I have been receiving calls for the past week from this number; I have always been unable to answer for the most part due to being in classes or at work. 50% it rings all the way through as a normal call and 50% it rings for maybe a second and my phone shows "missed call." It is a 734, just like my number, however, I am certain it is just registered or routed through that number. The fews times I have answered in time I get no sound on the other end, no person, no buzz, complete silence. The past 3 days the calls have become even more frequent, occurring within minutes, even seconds of each other. I have attempted to call back the number and had it ring 2 times then end with a busy tone. If the calls persist I am going to block the number.

I keep getting calls from this a$$hole and he/she/they don't leave a voicemail.  Reverse phone lookup says it's originating from Ann Arbor, MI
