Who called from 7342051560

Getting a ton of calls from this number. How do I stop it?

They keep calling no messages just get several calls a day.

Called and left a message that they have important information for me. Never gave my name or the company they represent. They are sar. Scammer

I spoke to a rep on one of these type of calls, and she told me that DO NOT ANSWER it.  Even if you tell them to remove your number, it takes some time for their system to catch up.  By law I believe they have so many days to comply to your request.  If you answer the calls again, they take that as a OK from you to keep calling.  If you keep answering, it puts your number back in the pile.  Best bet is to block the calls.  If your phone doesn't have that option (most do), get an app that will block it for you for free.
