This person is someone threatening and cajoling someone that does not belong to my phone number.  Everyone call her every half hour and annoy her...that would be justice.
She claims it's my responsibility to call her and let her know that she has the wrong number.  I explained that it is not my JOB to do her JOB for her, then she hung up.  Nasty broad.
