They called yesterday and today.. After yesterday's call that I didn't answer they called me today I answered they said I haven't made any claims on my warranty if there was a reason for it. I said yes, (knowing this place is a scam thanks to this site) he asked what it was. I stated that everything that had gone wrong with my car hasn't been covered. He asked what I said intake gasket and they hung up.
Same thing happened to me earlier today. Same number, same sort of story. She even had the nerve to raise her voice at me and cop an attitude after I addressed my complete refusal to give money to any company that can't even legitimate its "professional" existence by having a phone number. She couldn't provide me with ANY number to contact ANY person at the company. She told me her name is Tina Messina and that the company name is "National Public Service". And while I'm sure that isn't true, it's definitely true that she's a fraud. Report these people, I know I am.
Called 11/24 to tell me my car warranty was up on my 2010 Ford Focus and they needed my credit card information to renew it. I have never owned a Ford Focus and told them that even if I had I would never give information over the phone.
They hung up on me. Watch out, people. Don't fall for their tricks.
