This is a scam 100% I have been on the phone pushing numbers now for 10 minutes, let them try to scramble that into a credit card number. The are trying to steal credit card info. They are scammers now targeting local market places, spread the word to everyone you know, don't let these scammers get anyone. Everyone call the number and press numbers for 10 minutes, this should make them stop. At least I hope.....
Message came in on a text message:
Number: 1234
CO-OP Services CU alert: Your CARD has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 734-736-4010 to REACTIVATE your CARD.
Please tell everyone you know about low life scams and don't let this happen!!!!!
OMG I just gave em my Credit Card number, Social Security Number all my personal PINS and they now have the right to my first born. :) Good luck fleecing me...Im from Michigan, they would get more out of an Ethiopian. :D
Received the text at 8:06 p.m. December 7. Same message: CO-OP Services CU Alert: Your CARD has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 734-736-4010 to reactivate your CARD.
I glad I googled the number to see it happened to other people.
