Ahh, just filed a complaint with the FCC. "ec - 29 Dec 2007" was right. They can't legally do this! I get calls at work, my cell, wifes cell and at home. There are also a number of people at my work with the same issues.
Thanks for the phone number and the appropriate links!
called cell number in Virginia - I would NEVER buy from some company that advertizes or tries to sell to u on the cell phone - much less on home phone - they must really be hurting for business to stoop so low - and my minutes are not free so I dont answer it anyway -- it is also a kids phone - harrassing a kid - how nice -- reported to FCC and Va authorities
they do not know how frastrated i am about these calls. and the nerv these people have when you talk to them. i seems that there are 2 companies. they hung on you when you try to talk to them.
i would realy like to know where are they located, and pay them a visit.
as far as i know you can sue the company for calling you when you document the fact that you told then to take you off their calling list. then you can sue them when they call again. as i remember the fine is $50,000. most of it goes to fcc and you will recieve about 10%. it is worth it. however, all must be documented.
i got the state and city the company is located in.
city - Ann Arbor State: MI
so employees of the one direct, or what ever shyt you work for. call some more and finaly some one will pay u a visit. the information where you are located is not that difficult to get.
just quit!!!!
