I too have received many calls. My wife entered to win a cae while shopping with my daughters. They thought it was cool. My wife and I agreed to take the tour 3/14 and we are guaranteed to win 3 prizes. Two of the prizes odds of winning are 24,997 to 25,000. I called to ask them to explain and the man who answered was polite. He said he never knew about the odds and assumed that meant we were almost guaranteed to win. I will post again, I live only 30 minutes away from the Ohio resort, after the tour and when I am in receipt of any prizes. If I am not satisfied with the experience I will tell them to their faces that I never want to receive a call again. I will ask a representative to sign paperwork.
Thank you for your post. I have talked to a women from this company a few times today and am expecting another call from her. I keep asking for more information and am doing research online as I live an hour and a half away and will have to take off work for this. Don't waist your time. Even the free gifts are junk. The Pymatuning resort is mediocre at best. They start out telling you that $13,000 gets you a lifetime membership. You have travel perks to any destination in the world, ie.... discounted hotels, car rentals, etc......If we signed that day it would only b3 $7,000 and less if you just wanted travek perks. The cabins at the resort were tiny and not very clean smelling. You had to rent them if you wanted them for a weekend end. Everything available at the "resort" still cost money, just discounted. The best about about the entire experience is that my wife and I know we will never try any thing like that again. We were both apprehensive but figured what the heck, only 30 minutes away, spend some time together. Any way don't waist your time.
At 8:30 p.m. I received my first call from Cardida.com (1-740-432-7855) and the male caller was asking for my son...they informed him that they were from the Cardida Award Center and he was a finalist and might win an SUV and asked among other things if he was employed, married or single....! If I'd known it was not a friend calling, I'd have personally handled the call a little differently!!
Taking a lesson from the previous complainants, I'm not waiting for the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th+ call from these people...I immediately went to the site managed by the Federal Trade Commission and registered a complaint because our phone number is registered on the Do Not Call List and they, selling time shares for resort properties, sure don't qualify as a non-profit organization, etc!! (The DNCL is the best thing offered to the consumer in a long time! For the past couple of years, we've truly enjoyed hot meals without multiple phone call interruptions by people trying to sell unsolicited products!...I recommend registering to everyone!!)
