You still have not identified who "they" are, but continue to post expanded excuses and history why "they" might be legally entitled to collect from you.
If you really want to warn others, posting information about the caller is highly important!

Unless the original communication contained this specific information, every collector must send you a written “validation notice” telling you how much money you owe within five days after they first contact you. This notice also must include the name of the creditor to whom you owe the money, and how to proceed if you don’t think you owe the money. ["Written" means snailmailed - US Mail ... not emailed or texted]
I don't know how many other ways to say it. I DO NOT KNOW the name of the company. THAT is why I came to this forum. I am looking for the name of the company because I DID NOT receive anything by mail and I TOO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW EXACTLY WHO THEY ARE SO THAT I MAY NOTIFY THEM BY CERTIFIED MAIL THAT I WOULD LIKE PROOF OF DEBT. What assistance did you ask about? You started off trying to correct someone and now have become a hostile troll.....
I did not "ask" for assistance. I "looked" for assistance. I scanned through posts looking for an actual name of this company. I did not mean to appear to try to correct someone. If I had thoroughly read the comments, I would have seen that nobody needed my input, for which I have apologized several times already and I certainly have not become hostile. Disheartened maybe because of how ugly people really are to each other, especially when everyone here seems to have the same issue here.
