There is a huge difference between make a disclosure about SOL (which I think is actually a CFPB ruling) and actually not being allowed to collect the debt at all. And, not suing and not collecting are two different things. Actually paying will reset the SOL in every state.
Its a scam people! 740-518-8010 & 509-620-9010 are both scam numbers, Google them and you'll see. Do not give them any information. Hang up or do not answer. They leave voicemails that would legit but they are not.
Big A, thank you for your info, they are calling my friends and family. I have paid off all old outstanding debt and if there is anything left out there it is too old to be sued for. Blocking their number, your comments are very helpful, thank you again.
